Returns
At Gifts Personalised, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. This Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted, ensuring compliance with Google policies and providing clarity for our customers.
We have a 30-day return policy, which allows customers to request a return within 30 days of receiving their item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
It is important to note that returns for personalised items are not accepted. Personalisation is a unique feature of our products, and once an item has been customised, it cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, customers should contact us at hello@giftspersonalised.co.uk. Upon acceptance of the return request, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without prior return authorisation will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item is received, it is imperative to contact us immediately. Reports of damage must be made within 14 days from the purchase date to be eligible for resolution.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are not accepted. Customers should reach out with any questions regarding specific items.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to obtain a desired item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For merchandise shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
At Gifts Personalised, we prioritise customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless return experience. Our refund policy is designed to ensure clarity and efficiency for our customers.
Once an item is returned and received by our team, we will conduct a thorough inspection to verify its condition. If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of the item being returned. It is important to note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Customers should be aware that it may take additional time for their bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to their account. If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund was approved and the funds have not yet appeared, we encourage customers to reach out to us for assistance.
